With over two decades of expertise in VLSI design and a focus on Spec2GDSII services, Hiram is a seasoned leader in the semiconductor industry. He has extensive experience collaborating with a variety of fabless companies, OEMs, IDMs, and foundries. Hiram is adept at building teams from the ground up, including establishing various Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) tailored to meet the needs of different clients. He has also managed diverse teams across multiple geographies. Hiram has played a pivotal role in over 50+ tape-outs for various customer designs targeting multiple technologies and foundries. He excels in defining product architectures and delivering solutions at both the system and product levels. Under Hiram's leadership, Struent ensures the delivery of high-quality products and services to its customers.
Anitha Stalin
COO
With over 20 years of experience in SoC/ASIC Physical Design, specializing in Netlist-to-GDSII implementation for mobile and consumer products, Anitha Stalin has hands-on expertise across technology nodes ranging from 180nm to 5nm. Her proficiency covers all aspects of the SoC/ASIC Physical Design flow, including place and route (P&R), static timing analysis (STA), power analysis, and physical verification. Anitha has successfully executed multiple projects at both full chip and block levels. She demonstrates strong leadership by ensuring schedule adherence and maintaining high quality standards. With extensive experience working with clients in the US, Europe, and Asia, Anitha brings a global perspective to client engagement and is responsible for reviewing team deliverables and fostering competency development. She has received numerous awards for technical excellence, customer management, and mentoring. Under Anitha's leadership, Struent is well positioned for continued growth and success.
